A powerful 0.5 selfie should be both head and shoulders, but must not show your full body. Doing so indicates a lack of confidence that can make an otherwise strong candidate seem desperate or unprofessional. Make sure you are wearing business-appropriate attire to all interviews, with no visible piercings or tattoos (1/4 sleeves are ok for women).
Why are they so popular?
0.5 selfies are only a couple years old, but they’ve quickly become part of mainstream culture. When did you last see someone walking down the street who wasn’t taking a selfie? It might be difficult to imagine that just a few years ago, mobile phones didn’t have cameras in them and people would take pictures by pointing their camera-less phone at themselves and pressing camera/video instead!

Well, first and foremost, you need a selfie stick! They’re fairly cheap nowadays and are really easy to use. Just snap it onto your phone, extend it as much as you want (the longer it is, obviously, the further away from yourself you can take your shot!) And then just make sure that your Instagram filters are all ready to go before taking your photo!
